How accurate is the chronology, and what happens if the AI gets something wrong?
GoPothos creates a source-linked first pass for your team to review. Each finding includes the original record and page citation so it can be checked quickly. Low-confidence entries are flagged for review rather than guessed at, and your fee earner remains responsible for deciding what is relied on.
What can GoPothos actually handle — record types, bundle sizes, multiple providers?
GoPothos can process PDFs and scanned medical records including GP records, hospital notes, discharge summaries, nursing observations, radiology reports, lab results, consultant letters and operative notes across multiple providers. Larger bundles process in the background so your team can continue working.
Is the chronology editable, and what does the export look like?
Every entry is editable — rewrite the language, add notes, remove what isn't relevant, restructure as needed. The export reflects your firm's standards: provide a template and we'll match it.
How is our client data protected, and is GoPothos UK GDPR compliant?
Records are stored on AWS UK infrastructure (eu-west-2, London), with Azure document processing configured primarily in UK South. Records are encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit with TLS 1.3. Your data is never used to train, fine-tune or improve AI models. Retention and deletion are agreed in the DPA, and our subprocessors are disclosed for review. Osman Corporation Limited is ICO registered under reference ZC094141.
Does GoPothos replace our pagination provider?
No. GoPothos is the first pass at triage, before you've decided a case merits the spend. Cases you take on can still go to your usual provider for the court-ready bundle — you'll just be sending them the 20% worth paying for, with the missing records already chased.
Who needs to sign this off at our firm?
Usually a head of department plus IT or a transformation team. We've built the process for that: security pack, DPA with named subprocessors, UK-hosted record storage, and a closed-case pilot that involves no live client data until your firm has approved it. We'll present to IT directly if that helps.
