How is our client data protected, and is GoPothos UK GDPR compliant?
Yes. We're UK GDPR compliant and ICO registered (registration number ZC094141). All records are stored on AWS UK infrastructure (eu-west-2, London), encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit with TLS 1.3. Zero data retention agreements with all our AI providers mean your client data is never used to train, fine-tune, or improve any model. Records are deleted after the retention window agreed in the DPA.
